Silver
More in-depth survey complete with written report for home buyers, mortgage companies or pre/post construction
This survey includes:
- All manholes inspected and dimensions given
- All foul and surface water underground drains inspected internally
- Images of any issues and a full in-depth report written on site
IDEAL FOR: Home buyers inspection , pre/post construction , water board , mortgage companies all often request this.
Gold
This survey includes all of the silver package PLUS
- Full drain mapping using our sonde locators
- Drain depths between points
- Ariel photograph of your property using drone (weather permitting)
- All drains and manholes/inspection chambers are located and mapped using GPS coordinates and marked on a photograph for ease of future location
