Fixed price drain unblock applies to domestic properties only , commercial (such as restaurants or takeaways) or industrial may be fixed however this must be discussed prior to the call out and is at our discression
Free service if it we can’t unblock your drain only applies if your blockage is due to a standard issue and not caused by objects that should not be put down drains or if the blockage is down to issues such as a collapsed drain or tree roots which require further investigation and additional repair , objects excluded from this include but are not limited to – wipes (wet or cleaning) industrial blue roll, sanitary items (tampons or sanitary towels) nappies, excessive grease, building waste, toilet rim blocks etc.
6 month warranty only applies to domestic properties however may be extended to commercial/residential at our discretion, warranty applies only when correct maintenance of drains has been observed this excludes items such as build up of leaves or trash , disposal of grease and foreign objects such as items listed above
Dedicated time slot means we will arrive in the 1 hour specified to you so for example will be anytime between 1pm and 2pm , in the unlikely event we’re going to be late you will be given a courtesy call to specify
Landlords- if a tennant fails to be in at the specified time arranged between ourselves and the landlord/Tennant and 24 hrs notice has not been given then a £60 fee will be charged
All payments are due on completion of work unless previously arranged otherwise
2 years warranty excludes plumbing work not touched by ourselves or is not relevant to the work carried out by ourselves
Fixed price quotations exclude any further work not arranged at the time of quotation
